Yes just wondering if there was any chatter of possible any more Reg 1 hooks for mini's or any other classes in general. For one I would love to see more events come to the region and be able to hook closer to home. Last year we had a ball pulling and met some of the best people east of the Mississippi but traveled a lot to do it. When the NTPA added the New Castile hook showing as a region

Does anyone know if 6B is still in business? Several phone calls the past few weeks, messages left on voice mail, emails sent still no reply.
Thanks!

I think it is a valid point in a certain area, as the argument can be made of how many more classes do we need in pulling. However in NY we have only one hook available to us that hooks minis and thats a GN event in Langford. Last year we went to a couple PPL events and ran NTPA Region II to hook our mini. Not that we didn't have fun and enjoy the people everywhere but we literally had no wh

Same here, the gate folks told us the two hot passes were enough. The driver will have a fire suit on anyways so you will have 2 crew members in the hot pit area. The troll in the pit thought otherwise though and rudely told us his rules. I do agree that several other teams seemed to have plenty of hot passes too. Our first time at BG pulling so we are the new kids on the block but it seems like

Keep every receipt for fuel, parts, entry fees, tolls and use them against any winnings you claim. Personally I scan all my expenditures and file them in my computer to use at tax time. If you have a tax person it will be easy, I am blessed with a good one.

We went up to Langford for the Sunday show, Beautiful sunny and hot day for pulling. The crew kept the action flowing well all day throughout all the classes and the track crew also did a great job asa usual. Langford fire co members always work hard to provide a great pull for the fans and the food and beverages are priced fairly too. Can't comment on the Saturday show as we were in Michiga

We are in the process of hooking up the electronics/racepak on a mini. We have the standard SAE emergency kill with that fits to the rear of the machine that kills the tractor should it break away from the sled. We have the schematic and know the wiring but when we attempt to test the switch for continuity we get nothing. Can any of you seasoned veterans enlighten us? The switch was included with

For what it's worth......I have followed pulling for well over 40 years and always admired you folks that put on the show. I started pulling as a very young man when my dad put together a stock garden tractor from our dealership and pulled with the local boys. Back in the day they started pulling a stone boat down the track, that eventually transferred into the modern day weight transfer lol

Nice conversation folks! My 2 cents in this is this.....As a newbie into the seat of pulling this year (we have followed and supported pulling for close to forty years) we have watched in awe of all of the accomplishments you guys and gals have made through the years. Myself, I have raced cars, bikes, snowmobiles, pulled garden tractors and farm stock tractors and never made money. Looking in fro

My wife is a really amazing woman as well. Throughout our 33 year marriage we have raced cars, snowmobiles, bikes and been avid pulling fans! Throughout the years I have dabbled in stock farm and garden tractors (back in the day) and have been glued to the sideline watching and cheering on most of you guys and gals. Now having a empty nest, we decided to hop in the fire ourselves to join in the
