I don’t know what your trying to accomplish, but a Chevy 350 thermostat housing will work, I don’t remember if it lines up perfectly or if I had to die grind just a little, either way it will work, did this 15 years ago
I’m just looking for something streamlined. I’ll definitely try the tree fiddy thermostat housing.

They were easy to get out with some wiggling but now feel like they are too wide to fit back in the block. I’ve been trying to install them dead on but feels like it’s a tight fit. There was still oil in the pan after the fire so I’m thinking it couldn’t have gotten too terribly hot.
