First off why are you asking? Goofy rules? Trying to be different? If rules allow a p-pump block then say goodbye to the other idea. Or worst case scenario if you have a A-pump block then use that. |

If its 380 CID limit I would use a 359T. Otherwise what is the block rule? You could decube a late 404 or even a 466 if allowed? |

could a 30 series A pump block(4430) be used, putting in 4010 sleeve/pistons? I would rather settle for an A pump, than try driving a P pump off 4010/4020 vertical drive. 4840 block for P pump and have custom sleeves made to fit 4010 pistons? |

i would prefer to stay with the 404or 380 because of the longer stroke...can a guy put 4010 sleeves and pistons in a 4430 a- pump block?? |

The flange OD and pilot are about .050 smaller on the 4010 sleeve. |

Are the 4.125 pistons still available?
How about 329 bore & 414 crank? That would get you even more stroke. |

Sounds like he might want to use a 404 block so that wouldn't work. |
