12 mph rule is still in effect

I was unable to attend, but got several calls on what happened, and most of the calls said the same things. Nothing changed in any classes except a couple changed some weights. Fuel and water failed. They did add a 4.1 class, but its up to the promoters to set prize money, find the tractors and see if they are some where else the night they may want them. Nw covers the insurance.
