Does anyone have a good option for a light radiator with a big enough capacity for a dss?
Thanks |

Probably doesn't like warped sleeves. The SF I work on has a small aluminum radiator that I believe is targeted at circle track cars. It's probably about 20" wide by 15" tall. Of course the SF makes a lot less heat than a DSS but our water temp is usually still below 150 after the first run. Check with the automotive parts suppliers to see what they have. |

I purchased a cheap aluminum radiator from Summit and cut off the conventional hose fittings and added female Iron Pipe Adapters to fit my hoses. The radiator was under 200.00 and a little time with a aluminum welder. It works good when the head gasket holds. |
