Question for AC people
|

I was wondering if anyone on here had any experience with the 685T Allis Chalmers motor. This motor is 516 cubes, bosch p-pump, and has an intercooler, was used in Gleaner N7 combines and had various other applications. Any input on this motor would be greatly appreciated. I was also wondering how difficult it would be to put one in a D21, 210, or 220. Thanks for the help! |

Too bad the NTPA doesn't allow it in a tractor frame. It would give AC people an option for those d-21's. |

I ran into this a while ago with a D-21. I wanted to run it in NTPA Superfarm. Not hard to make the cubes. It depends on you local rules. Most clubs allow Series 40 hooked to a 21 rear end. Very hard to allow the 516. Even though it has a AC Stamp.
