Can you run a JD with a IH 466 block?
or a IH with a 619 block? |

Why would anybody want to do this. Most of the fun is watching a red tractor try and beat a green one. Its not about a rainbow driving down the track. |

Well since you mention rainbow, maybe Jeff Gordon is coming over to pulling.
The Dupont/Brokeback mountain pulling team. Tuned by co-crew chiefs Elton John and Boy George. |

I believe that's correct, the "Ruttin' Deere" is actually the "Ruttin' Binder".
When I first wrote about this rule change to allow the crossing of manufactures lines a few years everyone told me that nobody would cross between red and green and vise versa. Well, where are those people now? I'm still a firm believer that what's under the hood should still match the hood. Jake Morgan Owner, PULLOFF.COM Independent Pulling News This page is a free service. The cost is covered out of my pocket. It takes a great deal of time and a fair amount of money to keep this website going. Donations for: photos, classified ads, forum discussion, etc... are appreciated. Side Note: We are no longer accepting PayPal donations. They have changed their terms of service and stated they would fine PayPal users for spreading "misinformation" and "hate, violence, racial or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory". PayPal did not provide definitions for some of these vague terms. Woke corporate policies regarding "misinformation" could result in an automatic fine of $2,500 which would have been removed directly from the customer’s PayPal account. PayPal did backdown from some of their policies but quietly implemented portions of them in later terms of service. A financial institute has no right to monitor social media accounts or speech. This is unacceptable and I'll no longer do business with PayPal. |

in diesel applications have any been done?
I for one was saying a true "deere" guy wouldn't put a hyper block in. But I also meant in the diesel class. I wouldn't put anything past an alky guy |

The only thing stock is the sheetmetal. Let it go.....Chevy trucks have Hemis in them.
And if your brand loyal a 66 series tractor should have a 436 engine.? But its okay for an MX hood to have the same motor? Then it should be okay to put a blue hood on top of the same motor. It's called Case New Holland........ |

absolutely right

Since the introduction of component tractors, there really isn't such thing as a brand identity anymore anyway, because there isn't anything OEM about the tractor in the first place. Take brand X engine with brand X sheetmetal, put them in brand W tube chassis with brand Y transmission and rearend, and instant tractor. Who would really know the difference if this generic tractor had green sheetmetal and a red engine, or vice versa? |
