You need a different leaf spring or your pump does not have 370 plungers

If your trying to get the most out of your pump, you need to send it to someone who knows how to tweak the right parts the right amount on these Roosa pumps. Most people leave so much potential on the table. I have spent some time testing different things. some work good, some work great. how bad you want to win?

Buy the pump that STONEKING has. Be a lot cheaper in the long run.

Re: roosamaster/stenadyne feul injectionpump December 02, 2011 12:35PM
the cheap way out isn't always the best route!

The pump from STONEKING will be as good as any ones.

Dont waste much time or money on that pump , go A series or P series - alot more pump and reliable - you,ll lock that one up and be out 2 grand and still wont have anything

maybe he is running a class that requires stock appearing/style fuel system. I run a .450" head Roosa on my puller, and I even take it to the field! Care must be taken with them, but they aren't glass. I built my own pump, but I am a pump guy by trade.

Re: roosamaster/stenadyne feul injectionpump December 04, 2011 05:34AM
where can i get a .450 head

Re: roosamaster/stenadyne feul injectionpump December 04, 2011 06:16AM

actually, nobody has .450 heads right now. Stanadyne was moving a plant and has been slow getting back up to speed. I've had 2 on backorder since April. They are supposed to be filling all the backorders now that they are all moved. Other heads, metering valves, and other parts have been hard to come by lately!
