Building a sbjd with a stroked crank. How much clearance should there be between the point were you need to grind out he block so rod bolts dont hit. Is there an an actual measurement like .020 or .050 or something like that you guys go by. It rolls over now without hitting but not sure what it will do under load. Thanks for any help in advance.

A good rule is .060, or about the thickness of a normal sized zip tie

.050 is sufficient. Seems like it was a waste of time and money to have it done for you if you question everything.
