The stock 10mm Ambac pump can be opened up and some linkage mods will help. You can change the delivery valve and shim the governor springs. It really depends on HOW MUCH HP it will take to be in the hunt where you pull. I sent both my Ambac pumps to DIS and am very happy with how they do on the track. The 13mm head has worked really well for me. IF you will at some time be allowed to switch to a in-line pump I would save my money on the rotary pump and just go to a A or P pump. Much more reliable, setable and upgradable. IMHO

gonna be hard pressed to keep that size turbo spinning with the best built m100 pump. you will need to be a lower gear than most ,and that will hurt you, just dont think you will be happy with that setup.high output m100 pump will set you back 1800 and up.better use an a inline or p . or go to a smaller turbo and a good m100.

harts is not 14 mm. it is appr, 13.5 mm. and they will not put out 450 cc. aint gonna happen.very expensive and most of those have a runaway problem

I have a schied rototary pushing 470 cc and i think they are getting about 510cc out of there new dual feed setup. My pump was a good pump never had any problem out of mine.
