CPS January 23, 2012 06:33AM
I heard at the Central Mn Pullers meeting this weekend, that CPS in Wis. is not going to be happening this year. Has anyone heard anything regarding this issue? Thanks

Hey Dave. I was surprised to hear this also. We had a good meeting!

Thanks for coming Greg, I think it was a good meeting, looks like the club got 6 new tractors joining!

You are welcome. To answer an earlier question you asked on a different post, (as to how I think I'll compare to the diesel tractors in CMP), I feel I should have the upper hand and will have both barrells loaded (hopefully I get hooked up to the tracks)! LOL

You really should have it by 2 upper hands!

It has been awfully quiet here in western Wisconsin when it comes to pulling information, I don't know what it means, but it feels a lot like the previous seasons, don't here a thing, then someone answers the bell.

Are Red River Pullers, and CMP clubs going to merge? Just wondering!

The bait is dangling again!! I don't think so. You already knew that, so why ask?

Re: CPS January 25, 2012 03:38AM

CALL PETE OR NUTSY

Re: CPS January 27, 2012 09:35AM
should be a good yr. Club or no club. if cps goes under scv can really pick up the slack and give it a try. Sooner or later someone will get this thing off the ground and keep it there.Beer

Re: CPS January 27, 2012 10:10AM
Yeah I'm sure scv will be the saving grace !! Lol

The reason no club work is because everybody is a cry baby. No one wants to listen to someone cry because they either have a 1066 with a 600ci motor and didn't win farm stock or someone builds a smoker and didn't build it by the rules so now they want a class for there tractor. If people would shut up and follow RULES a club might stick around.

(no hope) amen man. also good reply big johnny popper. you hit that right on the head.

Re: CPS @ CMP January 28, 2012 02:35AM
You know something, it's pretty sad when u have to build a 600 c.i. motor to compete in the FARM STOCK CLASS, what next twin chargers in the farm stock. Also curious as to who are the six new tractors joining CMP? Info please.

Re: CPS @ CMP January 28, 2012 05:07AM
I heard that one alky, and 5 mods joined, was not at the meeting but if this is true, its good! Guys from the Red River Club.
