I'm looking for someone that can bend 12 Gage or thicker 2" Dom with an inside radius around 4", my bender will only do a 6.5 in radius. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Goz.

was told , general rule of thumb was that a CLR of 2x your tube dia. was the limit for achieving an acceptable bend , even at that you most likely need a bender with the inside mandrel to keep the tube from collapsing ! this one looks neat though! [youtu.be]

I've found A dozen guys that can bend 16 Ga. But I don't think it's Gona hold up. I need something closer to .095

Look over at Burns Stainless.
Get some Stainless Steel mandrel bent tube elbows.
That'll hold up.
Or maybe try schdule 40 pipe weld elbows.

Try Columbia River Bend. They have a good price and may be able to bend what you need. MACK
