I have a friend that was thinking about changing from the stock manifold on his 1206. Going to the smaller manifold like was on a 1256. Does anyone know if it will help make more power.

What does he have on the 1206 for a turbo, the 3LD-229 Schwitzer? Personally, I don't think there would be anything to gain just by changing the exhaust manifold.

Why would u want to do that! It is a lot smaller mounting flange, your gona go from a T4 to like a T3.
