Hey guys was wondering what is the best fix to keep the valve seats from droping out of the head ? Getting ready to start my build and would like to address this problem! Thanks in advance

Find the 1998-2001 heads that have parent seats.
They can be hard to find without cracked seats though.
Another option is to have someone weld up the seat area and machine it back down.
Stock for stock the 06+ 5.9 heads will flow a little more and the 6.7 heads a bit more yet.

Not sure what a parent seat is does it mean their part of the head and not replaceable ? The motor I have is a 99, thanks for the reply

Yes the early 24v heads have cast in seats. With the proper press fit on the seats they should not come out.
