Hard Surface Track-Starting at Noon Weigh In – 11AM Saturday, June 9, 2012 Contact Information: Lance Donlon 563-880-5526 Classes: Antique 1960 and older-Must be OEM Open Tractors Must run low gear 7500-8500-9500-11000 Tire limit of 15.5-38 4500-5500-6500-7500 Farm Stock Pace Trucks 4500-5500-6500-7500 6000 and under 18.4-38 tire limit 6001 and over 9500-11000-12500-13500-14500-1550 20.8-38-tire limit Farm Stock No Pace Open Trucks No P-pumps-3000 RPM limit 2WD 5800-6200 5500-6500-7500-non-turbo 4WD 5800-6200 8500-9500-11000-1300-20.8-38 tire limit 1.All contestants enter at their own risk. The Froelich Foundation is not responsible for damage to tractors, trucks, equipment or drivers. 2.Pull is open to two wheel drive tractors and front wheel assist if front wheel is not engaged. 3.Farm and antique tractors must be stock. This includes hitch, PTO and hydraulic system. 4.Antique entries must run stock RPM’s 5.Farm stock and open farm stock will be limited to 3000 RPM’s. Maximum height of hitch is 20 inches. Hitch is to allow hitch point to be 18 inches beyond centerline of rear wheel. Hitch is to allow free swing of the sled hook to be legal. 6.Front weights must be part of tractor. Rear weights must not interfere with sled and hitching of sled. 7.Must have 12 inches by 12 inches opening between rear weight to hook chain safely. 8.Anything dropped from the tractor while hooked to the sled will disqualify the tractor. 9.Drivers will remain seated while pulling. Drivers will act responsibly on and off the track. Irresponsible actions will result in disqualification of both driver and tractor. 10.Pullers must wear shirt and boots. 11.Pullers must furnish own clevis. 3 inch hole and at least ¾ plate. 12.NO riders on or off the track (trucks or tractors) 13.Complains must be made 2 classes before pulling. 14.Must start with a tight chain. 15.Cannot turn down first hook unless sled is reweighed. 16.Tractor must stay in bounds at all times. 17.Farm stock will allow pressed steel rims. 18.No curved stacks or must be straight forward!!!!! 19.Tractor may only run in one category. 20.Judges decisions will be final. Written complaints only will be considered. 21.14-17 year old drivers may pul with written parental consent only. 22.Stock trucks must be street legal. 23.Stock trucks must have 30 inch draw bar. Improved stock trucks must have 26 inch draw bar. 24.Stock trucks must have proof of insurance in possession. 25.Stock trucks must be licensed. 26.Maximum of 3 hooks. |

Define hard surface please. Is it blacktop? or just hard dirt? Can't see trucks successfully pulling on pavement. :/ |

This track at Froelich is cement. We will be puling away from the antique store heading toward the highway. Not sure how the trucks will plan out. That is the classes that they wanted to run. |

Had a fun time with the Iowa boys on Saturday afternoon. Wasn't the biggest turnout but we made a pull out of it. Hope that everyone had fun pulling on the cement for the first time. Hope to see everyone for a pull this fall, Matt. |
