The 39th annual Shedden Truck & Tractor Pull is back with all the same great classes as last year plus the addition of two Ltd. Light pro classes. We welcome back Great Lakes Truck & Tractor Pullers & Empire State Pullers. Below is a list of classes we'll be running & their payout. Feel free to call me with any questions or e-mail.


Shedden Truck & Tractor Pull
Classes & prize money
7000 &8000lb Pro stock classes- $1500 each class, 401cui limit,COTPA rules , www.cotpa.org
SMFWD- $2500, Great Lakes rules, www.greatlakespull.com
Open Pro Stock- $3000, $500 to win, combo class with SF,Lt.pro& Ltd pro, www.greatlakespull.com
TWD- $3000, www.greatlakespull.com
SF- $3000,combo NTPA/PPL, $500 to win
SS/PS- $5000, $1000 to win, 7000lb alcohol & 7500lb diesel, www.empirestatepullers.com
Mods- $5000, $1000 to win, www.empirestatepullers.com

Prize money breakdown,
SF- $500,375,350,325,300,275,250,225,200,200
SS/PS & Mods- $1000,700,600,550,500,450,400,350,300,250
All classes will pay to 10th place. In the SS/PS & Mods, each competitor after 10th will receive $250. All other classes will receive $200 for 11th on down. Everyone WILL receive money for being there.
This event is registered with the Canadian Border services. I know Steve said that the borders have been notified but anyone thats been there tell me how it works and if anyone has had problems.

I know i posted this thread so all I can really say is the feedback I get from the pullers themselves. The border letter is whats called an Event Recognition which is what i should have put. Basically it lets them know about our event & when someone crosses says their going to a tractor pull in Shedden they won't give that look & say What,Where.
Henry & other members of Empire State said it worked well & was wurth it. Was talking to Craig Storm this weekend (sled operater Humiliator) & he said he wishes had one for all the events he attends in Ontario.
One thing you have to remember is that if your driving a transport you should have proper licencing. If not you can obtain a trip permit from Jet Permit Limited 414-425-2911 we've had to do this before to take our tractor across to an event.
