gt 42 exhaust housing question???

I have a gt-42 turbo 2.8 in 3 out with a 101 housing on it wats the difference between 101 or say 115 ?? will I have trouble keeping it lit ,I have a 466 4k rpm p-pump .Wats the difference in numbers of exhaust housing just wondering if I am in trouble being to big?? Thank you |

The only way you will know with your combination is to try it. It will generally lower your exhaust pressure. (the engine will breath better)
If you have very high exhaust pressure now, it will help. If you have real low exhaust pressure now, it will hurt. (I doubt you have low exhaust pressure now.) Try it! |

101 will probably be a little too tight for a 466 at 4000 rpm, it works very well at 3000 but it will depend on how hard your motor pulls at that rpm. If i had it there I would try it but make sure you keep a close watch on your exh. pressures. The 115 should work very well |

A 101 is tighter than a 115 a 98 is a touch looser than a 101. If your not making much ex pressure with a 101 a 115 or a 98 isn't going to help. Try something else. |
