Re: RPM'S July 31, 2012 10:59PM
I heard the first rule that get's changed will be the antique rpm's. Does anyone remember when pulling was fun, I think that time will be back this fall.

Why did the long the long string of posts stop, regarding the "Readstown pull"?

Re: Readstown & Retreat,WI Tractor Pulls July 31, 2012 11:40PM
I thought it was great the way the Retreat pull was earlier this summer. Splitting up the antiques by speed, so the higher power tractors and stock tractors don't end up in the same class seemed to work well for everyone.

Depending on how the fall is going and if things work out that my pressed steel is allowed on the 4020 we could possibly make the road trip up.

Might ever get the big chair back on the ol girl! just doesn't feel right with the yellow JD seat.

Non turbo light farm class that allows radial tires and over stock rpm would be nice. Keep some kind of pace on the class and let's all go have fun again!

We've been running our N/A classes in SW WI(Cuba/Platteville/Potosi) between the 6-8mph lately @ 3000RPM and everyone seems to be within 5 foot from first to last place.

Just some food for thought

Re: Readstown & Retreat,WI Tractor Pulls August 02, 2012 02:10PM
something like a 5500 6000, 6mph, 18.4x38 non turbo farm class.. 2800/3000 rpm max?

Re: Readstown & Retreat,WI Tractor Pulls August 02, 2012 03:24PM
what is the cubes for that class then. natural my massey will fit right in. rules? would like rules for all the classes. also what is the payback

Re: Readstown & Retreat,WI Tractor Pulls August 03, 2012 02:07AM
If u only have one class I would like to see 5500. Would like to see two classes, one 5000 and one 6000 no more than
6 mph pace with no cube limit. Make weight with a non turbo and run it
