A 13mm P7100 would be the biggest common pump for tractors. Beyond that there are pumps off industrial engines and locomotives that are bigger and flow more, but would most likely need governor mods to work for your applicatiin since many of them wont run but about 1200rpm.

Do you want to put it on a stock tractor? Use it in the yard or do you want to use it for pulling? You pick the class you are aiming at ,tell us the rules , and MAYBE there is something that would be aplicable BUT if you want it to run very good and be competitive and an upper level (even a 3000 rpm class has custom pumps) then you are gonna have to get a pump taylored (from a shop) to your spec. I know eveyone would love to have a stock application hotrod but in all reality there really isnt much to bolt on without mods and work
