"Warpath" model in progress December 10, 2012 02:28AM
Its getting close to that time of year to be getting ready for Gordyville. This year I am building a model of Carlton Copes Warpath. The proceeds this year will be donated to the American Diabetes Association. With the red and grey colors of the Massey, they go great with the colors of the logo for Diabetes. Here are some of the first mock up pictures of the toys. I designed the side panels and had them water jetted out of steel. Resin casted the John Deere 7810 fenders myself. I will be posting progress pictures of these as I go.

We will be selling tickets Thursday through Saturday evening. Usually draw the winner the last session on Saturday night around 9 or so. Tickets are 3 tickets for $5 or 7 tickets for $10. Usually set my booth up on the right side of track at the end, so come by and see us and check out what I have on display.

Thanks Justin Stuckenschneider

Re: finished "Warpath" model December 27, 2012 03:00AM
does anyone know how big the model is ... can't tell from the picture...i was wondering what else does he make...nice to see some guy that sells parts and chassies put money into the drawing.

Re: finished "Warpath" model December 27, 2012 03:25AM
I'm going to guess the model is about 10-12". In the one photo is looks like it's sitting on a sawhorse with a 2x6 top so I'll gamble and say 11 1/4" long Winking

Thanks to Bob, Justin and Adam for helping with this fundraiser. It will be interesting to see if the winner takes the model or the $1000 cash.

This page is a free service. The cost is covered out of my pocket. It takes a great deal of time and a fair amount of money to keep this website going. Donations for: photos, classified ads, forum discussion, etc... are appreciated.

Side Note: We are no longer accepting PayPal donations. They have changed their terms of service and stated they would fine PayPal users for spreading "misinformation" and "hate, violence, racial or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory". PayPal did not provide definitions for some of these vague terms. Woke corporate policies regarding "misinformation" could result in an automatic fine of $2,500 which would have been removed directly from the customer’s PayPal account. PayPal did backdown from some of their policies but quietly implemented portions of them in later terms of service. A financial institute has no right to monitor social media accounts or speech. This is unacceptable and I'll no longer do business with PayPal.
