Full length frame as we took it from the meeting was that the hitch assembly, roll cage assembly, and frame assembly must be tied together. You can have a full tube frame in which the hitch is attached to the frame rails, the cage is welded to the top frame rail and the frame goes from the rear most point to the furthest point forward. Or if your hitch is bolted to your rear end, cage bolted to the rear end, etc then you must run a 2" wide by 1/4" thick strap from each corner of the hitch assembly (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right corners) to your ladder bars/frame, with the bolted on roll cage you would need the SFI required frame work for bolting the roll cage to your rear end as well as an additional 2" wide by 1/4" thick strap running from the left and right rear corners to your ladder bars/frame as well as the front left and right corners as well. Haven't seen how the actual rule is written, but this is what was talked about in the light super meeting.
