ih 766 narrow front January 05, 2013 08:32AM
does any one know how to go about putting a narrow front end on a 766. I can't find the high crop bolister and steering lines needed to do this, does anyone know of any other ways. i have heard of putting a 06 or 56 series bolister in and shimming it to fit but what do you do about the steering lines and how much to narrow is the bolister for the frame rails

You would have to get a little creative with steering lines. My cousin got a bolster without all of the lines to put on his 1566, and it was difficult to make everything work. You cannot get the correct lines new.

Hey 806 bird , I know a guy that would sell a factory 66 narrow front bolster if ur interested . I thought he wanted around 500. Prolly would send lines with it
