You can't turn up the pump. If you want more volume you have to change the rotor inside the pump. If you want more pressure change the spring in the regulator.
There is a limit to how much oil pressure you need. A good running DT466 in a lower power class (under 1000) should not need any more than 75psi,, in my opinion. If you are having low oil pressure issues you may need crank bearings or cam bearings.
