Do you mean a LP exhaust manifold or a LP head? I have not heard of anyone using an LP exhaust manifold in order to gain power, nor if it is legal in organizations with similar antique rules to the NATPA. I know of pullers using the LP head in order to gain more power. What class would it be for? Would it be a basic stock class, a top cut class, full cut, etc? For higher power classes you will also need to do some boring and stroking which with the head will bring the tractor to life.
