I put Cummins 8.3 injectors in my d585 in my g1355 . The tips I got aren't right know fvp makes one but I already got the work done and just need injector tips that works in there

Are you using the stock 585 pistons? They take a pretty unique spray pattern, similar to a 478 Hercules.

Vogels did mine there Aires and the same price as Agco just can't use stock injectors

What's not right about you nozzles? What angle do the injectors sit in the head compared to the 8.3? What spray angle are your nozzles?

The shop I used put these tips on my 8.3 injectors and they are not spraying right I I spit a head gasket and when it was apart I pop tested a injector in the head on the bench and found that four of the seven streams we're spraying on the cylinder head only there were hitting the Piston bowl. I've learned alot the hard way lol and only need a 5 hole

4 of the 7 streams? Are you sure they didn't use a nozzle for a 24V application? They were normally 7 hole and their spray pattern would do what you're describing. What's the Bosch number on the nozzle?

My injectors sit in the head at roughly a 30 degree angle on the left side of the engine. I tried a tip out of a 1000 series Perkins but fuel still it the head on the right side of the head . Now a tip out of a 1011f deutz looked good but had to be spun 180 and no good way to hold it with the injectors 180 out

We have aires positions as well with 8,3 cummins bodies have to have tips made to mach bowl of piston with the angle of the injector hole in the head we had fairvalley do ours
