I bought a ih 706 for a chassi. What are the hydrolics and PTO worth out of it? |

Salvage price because that is probably where they will end up unless you have a buyer. We couldn't find one so they went to salvage. |

IF you find the right guy that still uses 06-86 series IH tractors the PTO unit can be valuable to him. I usually have one on the shelf and get $750 for a complete rebuilt unit. This is a COMPLETE reman, new plates, seals, piston seal, and brakes. I usually can buy an used takeout PTO for $75 to $150. The hydraulics are not worth trying to sell, aftermarket is cheap and plentiful. |

If you have the short 1000 shaft, they are tough to find a buyer for the PTO. Newer implements don't like to hook up to them. If you got the longer shaft, then you can sell them. Compare it against a 56 series or newer and the difference will be obvious. |

Were are you located? I have plenty of people around me looking for the hyd couplers. I dont want to deal with shipping on parts like that though. |
