Agco 466, What Motor?

We have a hot farm 466ci. class. Our rules are: 466 ci, 3x3 turbo, 4500 max rpms, water inject, no intercooler, & 24.5 tires.
I have a cockshutt. I am leaning towards the cummins, my question is would a 6.7 bored and stroked or a 8.3 bored down be easier and/or cheaper to build. If anyone has a different idea on a motor, fire away. Thanks for the time and thanks Morgans for the space |

Do you have to run stock intake/exhaust manifolds. If not a little work and the 8.3 flows preety good. Also you can destroke it to 466 with very little effort. |

Go with 8.3 destroked not debored. Only drawback is porting head with intake still on. Take your time with porting and it will compete with that Turbo. |
