The st.croix cty fair board wants the trucks and the swing set classes. With two sleds it moves rite along. especially with several classes with 3-4 pullers. st. croix cty fair always has a large supply of iron. Awesome track! I guarantee there will be a ton of big iron there there always is. its the biggest turn out every year in this area. it may be tuf to beat river falls days last week end there was a craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy amount of tractors there. Very good show! hope to see every one there friday night! |

I agree. Not saying he controls it...but that sled is God-awful inaccurate as to when that pan drops. It will drop 95% of the time in the same place but then all of a sudden when Joe Schmo comes along with a POS tractor he seems able to drag it 30' farther and make everyone else look stupid. If you're pulling a 5000lb tractor and 20 others drop within 5' of each other, tell me how an oil burning pile can drag it that 30' farther when everybody else had like 20 tons dropped on them all at once?????? NOT POSSIBLE! |

Funny how the local tractors haul 4 hours away, but could pull 20 minutes from home and won't. Milkman hasn't won a pull on those sleds in years, but Scholts and Olson always do well, but on a good sled with an honest operator Miller puts 30 feet on Scholts. Why can't those sleds stop tractors with weight instead of whoever gets the best run at it and has enuff speed to drag it an extra inch when those bars drop and the entire class is within a foot ?? Lazy.. Doesn't want to add weight or unload it. |
