Lights in nose cone of 4430- 4230 November 18, 2013 11:26AM
Do I need 4255 for the 4430 & 4055 for a 4230 ? Saw a web site on ag talk + there was some guy that made and sold them for older tractors but site is down and can't look them up.Thanks in advance.

i Have Done Both in 50 series i think i used 4250 on both measure them , I think the only differance is height of the tank -side screens,55 series lights cost almost what 50 does thats why I went 50 series

Looks like 2955 will fit 4230 . Don't have a bigger (say 4255 or 4055 ) near by to measure for the 4430. Anyone know so I can order or look for one?Thanks

I always thought the 4230-4630's were the same.. But after looking them up.. You are correct.. The 2955 shows the mounting bolts the same width as the 4230 extension.. (Nose)
The 42-4455 nose has the same mounting width as the 4430.. (R98631) the total width where the decals are on the nose cone would be about 1.96 ft..
