Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 16, 2013 07:05AM
Any changes in the hot farm rules for 2014?

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 16, 2013 07:24AM
So what the ______ does top cut mean? In the other class no cut tires = top cut. So top cut must = double cut. The ever changing pi rules. Oh ya be ready for different rules for different people. Just what pi needed another class. If they left the other class alone they might still have 15-20 tractors at pulls. The elite did not like that.

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 16, 2013 08:31AM
The old hot farm class is now called Profarm. They are now allowing innercoolers.

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 16, 2013 09:27AM
PI never allowed cut tires??????????? That is a good one. Ha Ha Ha. They sure did allow them for certain people.

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 16, 2013 09:35AM
Whats the difference between road worn and top cut? Seems alot around here have found the highway to razr sharp skins

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 16, 2013 09:46AM
In PI SF they allow innercoolers and now this PF class. What is an innercooler? No other pulling orgiminazation allows innercoolers.

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 17, 2013 01:34AM
badger state allows them in SF,PF,LLSS,Pro Stock

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 21, 2013 02:18PM
so they are gunna allow both a and p pump???

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 16, 2013 09:24AM
I guess im not familiar with what class is "no cut tires =top cut"? Pi hot farm which is now called pro farm has never allowed cut tires in any way, top cut, double cut, or any other type. For this class top cut only no double cuts allowed, if this class goes over well this year we can possible think of double cuts in the future.

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 16, 2013 11:10AM
Over Priced, Over rated, Behind the times. Yup that about sums it up.

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 16, 2013 11:25AM
I remember all the pi hotfarm greats saying there will never be intercoolers in that class. I guess it is still true since they changed the name of the class. Now they will all go pull BSTP profarm and the class will die like pi sf.

To Funny Stuff and Rock On : What do you guys have stuck up your azz? I have run in P.I Hot Farm and made every hook from 2009 thru 2012 and most of the hooks in 2013. Repeated rule infractions are not allowed. Period. Not since I have been there.

Go look how another much revered organization like Badger State is run. Try to even find a rule book or someone who knows what's in it for the Pro Farm class. And rpm enforcement, don't ask. And what is the weight 10,000 or 11,000?

I don't know if you guys are pullers, ever were pullers or are just bellyacres. It is to bad people come on here and run off at the mouth and don't know what they are talking about.

I thought is because most of those trucks went with BS as they started booking the class more and more. Oh and their was a PI before there was a Gene Larsen in the HF class.

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 18, 2013 08:15AM
Badger had like 2 or 3 hooks for the class last year.

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 18, 2013 01:24PM
What happened in the past with you guys and pi i could care less about thats not what this post is for, with that said i have learned that south west pullers have decided to go with double cut tires and south central may do the same, my question for anyone interested in pulling in this new class what do you think about running double cuts? What about anyone running top cut tires or un cut tires getting 500lbs over the guys runing double cuts? We are trying to get some of these rules to work with some other clubs so we have different options for pulling, If anyone has a good thought on these options let me know thanks! Oh and by the way the only one i can remember pulling with cut tires back in the day was Clark Grizwalds cousin Eddie but i believe he pulled a two wheel drive station wagon called The Family Truckster. Happy holidays!!

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 19, 2013 12:40PM
New class for what? to please 3 people?
If yer gonna make a new class make it fits tractors that are allready out there.
Quit making classes that keep people only running with 1 organization.
The sand box aint just yours.

I dont like the cubic inch limit for SuperFarm but around the country the class has 2 variations
I can go pull any where makes it kinda nice if I wanna drive to Michigan I know I can go fit rules and pull.
Id go nutz if i had to get beat by the same tractors every week I like losing to other tractors from time to time.

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 20, 2013 02:25AM
To Ford tractor puller, if you would read my last post these rules will fit 2 to 3 other clubs in Wisconsin, so these rules do apply to tractors that are already out there and also gives guys that are not out there a chance to build one cheaper than a super farm or pro farm! I realize this class is not going to please or fit every ones tractor or rules in what club there in now but I don't see the need to write a 50 page book on rules for this class in its first year! After the first year we can look at possibilities of different rules if the class works! Thanks for the feed back guys good and bad oh and God Bless

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 20, 2013 03:56AM
Why is every new class have to be 466 , why not 450 or 500 or 550. i understand 466 is a motor JD nand IH have 466 but other brands are allready struggling to compete have to spend money toget there in cubes and compete

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 20, 2013 06:04AM
Well we figured 466 was a close number for many different colors. John Deere, IH have 466, case has 451ci, Ford has a 456ci, I'am not sure about a Belarus or Allis chalmers but this is what it is.

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 20, 2013 11:19AM
I agree 466 is the way to go, if you allow 504ci in the class, get ready to get your ass handed to u even harder by a red tractor! I'm all about color in a class, though I think that it isn't always the reason why "other tractors" don't build,as it is more expensive to build or maintain a drive train on some of these other color tractors.Pullers stick with what works and what wins!

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 22, 2013 01:02PM
Any updates on the tire rule?

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports December 25, 2013 04:48AM
With other clubs going to double cuts and our club wanting to have it open to other pullers from other clubs to run with PI we are going to allow double cuts and it will be offset by weight, example may be 9,500 pounds will run double cuts and 10,000 will run un-cut or top cut tires. If anyone is interested in joining Pullers Inc. please text or call me with your address and I can send you membership application, Puller fee is $125 if paid before January 31,2014 after that add $25. If you want to sign a alternate driver that cost is $50. Thanks

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports January 04, 2014 08:52AM
Pi has decided since this is a new class and the word is still getting out there they will extend the $125 membership fee until march 31, 2014. After that it goes to $150. This is for the 466ci hot farm class only.

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports February 28, 2014 01:03AM
Pullers inc now has there web site updated with some of the pulls that are signed for this summer, there are more in the works and a couple that need to be put on the website that were just recently signed. The rules are now done for the 466ci hot farm class and you still have till march 31, to get the $125 membership fee, if your interested in joining Pullers Inc you can get a membership form off of the website with all the info to join.

For the 466 class. Rollbar or cage. Steel flywheel, blanket, tiebars, ar shutoff and a fuel bypass valve. Side shields and no factor fans. And have to have rpm pickup

Re: New 466ci class for Pi motorsports February 28, 2014 07:06AM
I know its really cold and snow is still on the ground but May 23rd is not that far off so new rules would be nice to know. Not be making them up as the summer goes on
