Most people are using 11L-15 quad rib tires which can be bought at almost any rural tire shop, the wheels come from companies like weld wheels, and various other manufactures if you want special offsets or something custom maybe try Keizer wheels or Taylor at Extreme performance tire cutting .

Both , the 11L-15 is typically meant for an 8 inch wide rim, 10 in some cases but they do widen out a little when people put them on 10 or even 12 inch wide aluminum rims a deeper offset also helps get the look you are after.

Some pro stocks are running 12" wheel, I'd put a tube in them for sure.
