I have a 4440JD that I am looking at pulling a few times and I was considering a turbo change. Has stock TO4 right now. What would work well and still able to farm? Looking at a 3lm-33, good or bad idea?

HX35 off a dodge pickup with work very nicely, that and turn the screw youll be lookin at plenty of power

Pulled a 4440 with a 3lm-466 a couple of summers ago. Tractor dynoed at 325 hp with stock pump opened up. Set back to 185 hp and farm with tractor today with same charger. No issues.

Thanks for the ideas. I'm considering the 3lm-33 just because I have one available to me from another buddy at good $. We put the 3lm-466 on his and removed the 33. Would i be gaining much with the 33 vs. T04?

hey , give me a shout , the 3LM-466 is much better than the 3LM-33 , I have used both , you will be much better off with the 3lm-466
