We run a cheep parts store, under $100 65 mustang radiator. It fits between stock grill housing with room to spare. Save the cash for some better parts or a few cold ones. I cant see the advantage of aluminum in this application.

I just went threw the same thing. I called riverside he gave me very good advice. Call summit order a sharocko radiator it fits in a 66 nose cone and the inlet and outlet are on the right side. I think I paid 175 for radiator. Also they have a fan set up that bolts right on. I'm putting it on a in super.
