Engine and turbo oil Pressure March 29, 2014 10:19AM
Going to split engine and turbo oil. What should I run for pressure on each? Going to run Kedall 50w. Its on a LLSS alcohol, with a HX60. Thanks

Stock turbochargers that size don't see much over 50psi.
If you can spare the weight, I would run a seperate resivoir for the turbo and use 2stroke oil, if a seal gives up in the charger, the engine is less likely to detonate on 2 stroke oil.

Yes, & be sure you're turbo resivoir is well vented or you will not return the oil to it fast enough

I will be using a dry sump tank. Its like 2-3 gallons.
