Component chassis who's best? March 30, 2014 03:06PM
Who's building the best or most popular component chassis for the super stock classes? With quality builders like engler, ace, eder and lately blackbournes out there who's building the best and what makes them the most popular?

Ace and full pull both seem to have a lot of good hooking chassis in the lss class.

Ace engler or eder are the best.

Hootman custom tractors! Jason has built some awesome tractors.

I Would tell you engler has the most knowledge with out a doubt. No other builder compares. The only thing some of the other people bring to the table is big name resale ( ace, Eder,Barbie). Keep working on it HCT you too will have a big name soon too

Dave Pfund out of Wisconsin does real good work. Has quite a few chassis out there running. Been in it for years.

Engler Machine, the most honest and friendly people in the sport.

Long machine has a real nice billet aluminum chassis too. Believe the Gettinger lessons learned tractor is all long machine.

The Long billet chassis is an art piece. Seems a shame to cover it up.

Anyone have pics of the long chassis? Never noticed it

Anyone know whose the builders that are building air ride front ends? I sure think that is a good idea, really on a bad or roughly groomed track. Thanks

I know full pull motor sports builds them, has had a few come out this year.

Bob Barbee of Full Pull Motorsports donated an air ride front end for the Biehl Family raffle this year at Gordyville and the front end was on display there. The craftsmanship is first rate, the bends, welds, and the overall design are what you would expect from one of the best builders in the sport..

Dave Pfund is building them. He's done quite a few on the light supers.
