LLSS RPM and Final Ratio

For an IH Alky, how many RPMs should I be able to turn when pulling? I am thinking around 6000 RPM. Is this about right? Also, is a final Drive ratio around 20:1 to around 24:1 about right for an Alky LLSS?
Thanks in advance for the suggestions... |

The only one I ever had info on had close to a 16:1 and im pretty sure that was his pull gear. Light weight+lots o power= much wheel speed. |

I currently run 23:1 and am only turning 4000 . Mines not where I want it to be maybe shortly. I am aiming for 5000 . We run 7000lb around here. |
