What the best batteries too use on a easy starting tractor with No alternator and having electric fuel pump,electric water pump and fan. |

I always use Interstate batteries. Not sure of the # but the ones used in trucks with the studs. I use 2 and have electric steering. Never had a problem. I charge them every 3 pulls. |

That would be a group 31S battery.

We have a few john deere strong box batteries. Would that be a bad choice |

When I bought the tractor it had those batteries in it. Had trouble starting it and the posts tried to melt. Put the Interstates in it 4 years ago. No problems. |

I like the Die hard Platinum battery from sears. Group 31 dual post. They work great |

I have alful good luck with blems they make a lot of different tipes of batterys and cheap good company they make some for sears and interstate |
