MORE POSITIVE FOR THE BLUE RIVER BLACKTOP TRACTOR PULL August 07, 2014 03:21PM
On behalf of the Blue River Fire Department and the Badgerland Sanity Pullers Saturday August 16th show been dedicated in memory of Jason Conners. In memory of Jason we will involve everyone on Saturday night August 16th at the annual Blue River Tractor Pull, the pullers, the fans, and Jason's family. We will offer a 9000lbs To Hot Too Farm class in memory of Jason for all pullers of any weight. If you weigh 5000 pounds or 16,000 pounds it doesn't matter, lets all put $20 in the hat and have fun as Jason would. Any puller reaching a full pull will be flagged and all entry fees in this class will be given to Jason's family mid track following this class. Our plan is to run this class at approximately 8pm with the awards presentation at mid track with Jason's family. We will also be accepting donations from all fans prior to the awards presentation for all interested. So even if you may not meet the rules for the existing classes or want to pull in memory of Jason come out and support a good cause. So we would like to invite everyone to this great annual event and enjoy lots of pulling, great food, pop, beer and maybe even some Lemon Aid. For more information about this entire event call Keith Durst @(309)826-4896 or Randy Jasper @553-2203.
