What is the actual gear ratio of one under, direct, one over, and two over? T

depends on your ring and pinion.

13/49 for example is 21 to 1 so
1u is 22-1
d is 21-1
1o is 20-1
2o is 19-1

these are approximate numbers as there is decimals ie 1o may be 20.36 but you get the jist

13/51 is 22-1
12/49 is 23-1
16/49 is 17-1
