Model 100 September 15, 2014 01:29PM
I have a Model 100 off a 1982 S1800 grain truck, i was wondering if anyone would know if its a 10mm or 11mm pump, or if they ever put 11mm pumps on those motors? The engine had a ton of power when it was in the truck. Also, is there a certain number or stamping on the pump ID plate to know if it would have a 10 or 11mm head?
Thanks for any information,
Mike

yes its in the number on the nametag but it is very likely a 10mm head and if it had "good power" likely turned up.

Most IH were 10mm, some very early 966 and smaller tractors used a 9mm. IH never used anything larger than 10mm in an M100. Mack used some 11mm pumps, but they were PSJ not M100. The heads can be made to fit.
