Lots using Harts. 500 cc at 3000 rpm and goveners that actually run close to the rpm they are set at.

Looking for both and a pump that's going to win tractor pulls how's harts for price and does it hold up to open rpm?

Well if your wanting to go open RPM I would really consider the A pump option. Around here the rules used to be stock core pump 3000 rpms, I ran a Harts pump all year and faired well running against P pumps.
