In the video sent to BMPT at 27-28 seconds you can see the red lights come on that are on the side of the cab, looks to be at half track February 12, 2015 02:41AM

I'm glad that no one got hurt...and food for thought, when the sled goes red there should be no green lights anywhere. The final flagman is looking at the forward progress of the puller and sees some green thinking it is good to go! If it"s red stop the sled!

Red was flashing on the sled's right side away from the flagman it looked like. Again, maybe he couldn't see it and 2 flagmen are required?
