What size compression fittings go in the side of a p pump ?thnks

Re: P pump threads March 07, 2015 02:12AM
Many of them have 14mm X 1.5 threads for the banjo fittings for inlet and outlets. They can also have 16mm X 1.5 threads, and use an adapter down to the 14mm, or 1/4" pipe, or even o-ring threads. When the housing is 16mm, a 14mm heli-coil can be installed(after shortening it) to adapt down to the 14 X 1.5 as well. This is what Bosch does on later model housings. It just all depends on what the housing was originally intended for. hope this helps! Ed.
