what all would have to be done to a p7100 with 11mm plungers setup for a truck to run about 500cc of fuel for farmstock/hotfarm class

why mess with an 11mm? May as well go to 13mm so you can actually get the fuel you'll need. I doubt an 11 would deliver over 500 anyway.

If the budget is tight, 12mm's are abundant and will get you where you want to be. An 11 might go 500, but the window of injection wouldn't be as usable as a 12mm.
