thanks to the Union County Fairboard and city of Alcester. another fun night. no rain and no injuries = successful night.
track was a bit goofy, which led to sled malfunction. it wasn't always the most fun, but we worked thru it.
the fundraiser auction took some extra time and the rehooks due to sled malfunction made us run late.
thank you to all workers, volunteers, and sponsors.
thank you to pullers and spectators for your patience.

amen to that! nice you dont have to pay some giant organization fee to go to local hometown just to pull a few times, great for kids that wanna get involved also.

short distances we because sled was malfunctioning. I am no sled guy, but as I understood it, it was the sequence of pan/grousers. the box speed was really slow, but the pan was on the ground from the start. too bad, because we have had these guys several times and there equipment has always worked great.
