IF you use a 1800 series rear you can come up with about any ratio you need with stock parts and they will hold up Brad at Maibach Tractor is who you need to talk to

Using an 1800 tranmission, I believe you could get a couple different ratios using stock parts but the most you will have is 4 pulling gears and I am still not sure if you would have the exact ratio you need.. I built an 1800 transmission using custom gears that I made and it has the original 6th gear and 5 gears faster. In order to do this you have to make a new countershaft because the original 1st/3rd gear is made part the original counter shaft. I could make it have any ratio you wanted up until the gears would no longer fit in the transmission.
