Ih 301 truck head August 21, 2015 06:38PM
Can you just bolt on the 69717R1 heads? I know you need rockers, pushrods, valvecover, etc, but I read a couple places that you need to switch to flat top pistons. Is this true? I have the factory 301 gas dome top pistons for lack of a better term. If they need to be massaged at all where at on the piston needs touching up?
