How much more will 20.8-38 tires weigh with fluid than without? I just need an estimate. ThanksSmiling

When we took the fluid out of our 20.8s it was about 3000lbs give or take a little

I hope you dont intend to pull with fluid in your tires .that is rotatin weight. think about it.

No I don't intend to but we got the one farm tractor that just got overhauled and it's a fairly ballsy tractor and I wanted to run it once to see what it had. Just need to find a heavy enough class. Thanks for the info!

Sounds like he's going to try it in farm stock, calcium in the tires in the slower classes won't hurt a thing, not much differant than pulling plows.

It all depends on how much fluid you have in the tires. It weighs about 11 pounds per gallon.
