Gearbox off of a International Manure Spreader. Has a 3/8" Keyed Shaft and I just put a wheel on the other end. |

Combine final drive is great, but the engine can get away from you, where a worm gear box will not. |

Make the handle the right length and this is not an issue.......think leverage. |

A Zimmatic pivot gearbox, flipped upside down, has worked well for me for many years. Just knock the studs out, then drill & tap your plate for the mounting bolts. |

Have heard of guys using silo unloader winches as well. |

I used a Allis Chalmers worm gear drive from a forage chopper blower.. It powered the wagon. Works great. |

Gear box from a old corn picker weld a solid shaft to a dana axle hub use the axle shaft also then use the studs to bolt your plate to it. I think mine was 50 to 1 ratio |
