I've been pulling a case 1175 and was wondering if anyone has put a narrow front on one or knows a good way to shave some weight. Any information will help thanks.

I'm in the process of building an 1175, what do you all have stripped off of it? What is the tractors current weight?

Don't know what you are trying to get too. My 1175 is about 11000 without any added weights. Still has rock shaft and pto.

If I was going to do anything with front end I would find a light weight combine axle and put rack and pinion steering on it.

To get proper balance in mph classes I actually need more front weight.

I weigh around 9800 trying to get under 9000. I still have rock shaft and Pto. Is there a factory 3 point delete?

Yes there is. The cover is very hard to find and can be expensive. I got mine off a 730. How did you get yours down that low with rockshaft and pto still on it?
